Bucks County’s veterans had access to a wealth of community resources on April 10th as State Representative Kristin Marcell and Senator Frank Farry co-hosted a Veterans Expo at the Northampton Country Club. The event, which ran from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, drew an impressive turnout of veterans eager to learn about services available to support those who have served our nation.
The collaborative effort between Representative Marcell and Senator Farry brought together numerous service providers under one roof, making it convenient for veterans to explore multiple resources in a single visit. This coordinated approach demonstrates strong bipartisan commitment to supporting the veteran community.
Veterans face unique challenges when it comes to transportation—from accessing VA medical facilities to attending appointments at various locations throughout the region. BCT’s presence at the expo helped connect veterans with reliable transportation solutions that can enhance their independence and quality of life.
The strong turnout reflected both the veteran community’s desire to stay informed about available resources and the trust they place in events organized by local leadership. When veterans know their elected officials are bringing quality services directly to them, they respond with engagement and appreciation.
BCT is honored to participate in events that serve those who have served our country. Transportation should never be a barrier to veterans accessing the benefits and services they’ve earned through their sacrifice and dedication.
Thank you to Representative Marcell and Senator Farry for their continued commitment to supporting Bucks County’s veteran community and for including BCT in this important endeavor.
