Bucks County Transport made a return visit to the Bensalem Senior Center on April 17, 2025, continuing our commitment to community engagement and service education. This marked the second time BCT has been invited to the center specifically to explain our transportation services.
Lisa Lange, BCT’s Customer Service & Administrative Manager, represented our organization at this important outreach event. Throughout the session, she met with potential clients to answer questions about BCT’s services and eligibility requirements.
The event also provided a valuable opportunity to connect with current BCT clients, for example, Katrina, who shared enthusiastic feedback about her experiences with our transportation services. “Katrina couldn’t say enough wonderful things about our organization,” noted Lange. “It’s always rewarding to hear directly from clients about the positive impact our services have on their daily lives.”
These direct interactions with both current and potential clients help BCT better understand the transportation needs of Bensalem seniors and ensure that our services continue to meet those needs effectively.
“Everyone was so welcoming, and we had a great time!” Lange said of the event. “We look forward to another visit in the future.”
