BCT Showcases Services at Bucks County Emergency Services’ CMTI Event

On May 1st, 2024, Ellen Melson, Reservations Manager, and Lisa Triolo, Office Manager, represented BCT at the CMTI event held at the Bucks County Emergency Services facility.

The purpose of the CMTI event is to educate case managers and other professionals about the various services offered by BCT. During the training session, Ellen and Lisa provided detailed information about BCT’s application process, eligibility requirements, and the wide range of transportation services available to residents of Bucks County. Attendees also had the opportunity to learn about BCT’s user-friendly website, which serves as a valuable resource for clients and their families.

This marks the second time BCT has participated in the CMTI event, highlighting the strong partnership between the two organizations. The training session was well-received by attendees, who appreciated the comprehensive overview of BCT’s services and the opportunity to ask questions directly to BCT representatives.

“We are thrilled to continue our collaboration with Bucks County Emergency Services through the CMTI program,” said Ellen Melson, Reservations Manager at BCT. “These training sessions allow us to connect with case managers and provide them with the information they need to better serve their clients.”

Due to the positive feedback and the value provided by BCT’s participation, the organization has been invited to return for a third CMTI training session in November 2024.

BCT remains dedicated to its mission of providing safe, reliable, and accessible transportation services to residents of Bucks County. Through ongoing partnerships with organizations like Bucks County Emergency Services and initiatives such as the CMTI program, BCT continues to raise awareness about its services and improve the lives of individuals throughout the community.
