How It Works
- Passengers share their trip with others traveling in the same general area
- Multiple stops are made along the route
- You may be asked to adjust appointment times or depart earlier to ensure on-time arrivals for all passengers
Service Details
- Transportation is available on a first-come, first-served basis
- Curb-to-curb service is provided
- Riders aged 65 years or older pay only 15% of the General Public fare
- General Public fares apply for riders up to age 64

Scheduling Your Ride
- Submit your application for processing and approval
- Once approved, call the BCT Reservation Department to schedule your ride
- Reservation hours: 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday
- All rides must be scheduled at least two (2) business days in advance
