State Senator Frank Farry hosted his second annual Veterans Muster on October 9th, bringing together veterans from across the community for an event focused on recognition, resources, and support.
Bucks County Transport was proud to participate, with Customer Service & Administrative Manager Lisa Lange attending to express gratitude to veterans and provide information about available transportation services.
The event drew a strong turnout of veterans eager to connect with local organizations and learn about services designed to support them. For BCT, the Veterans Muster offered a meaningful opportunity to engage directly with those who have served our country.
“We were honored to attend and personally thank our veterans for their service,” said Lange. “Many veterans have transportation needs, whether it’s getting to medical appointments at VA facilities or accessing other essential services, and we wanted them to know that BCT is here to help.”
Throughout the event, Lisa was available to answer questions about BCT’s transportation services and discuss how the organization can address the specific transportation concerns veterans may face. The face-to-face conversations allowed veterans to learn about eligibility requirements, service options, and how to access BCT’s programs.
Veterans often have unique transportation needs, particularly when it comes to accessing healthcare services. BCT’s participation in events like the Veterans Muster ensures that those who have served our nation are aware of the transportation resources available to support their independence and quality of life.
Senator Farry’s continued dedication to hosting the Veterans Muster demonstrates strong local leadership in supporting the veteran community. BCT appreciates the opportunity to participate and connect with veterans who may benefit from our services.
The event reflects the ongoing collaboration between community organizations and elected officials to ensure veterans receive the recognition, respect, and support they deserve.
