The halls of Bucks County Transport were decked with something a little different this week—gloriously tacky holiday sweaters! On Wednesday, December 17th, BCT employees across all terminals participated in the company’s Ugly Christmas Sweater Contest, bringing holiday cheer and plenty of laughs to the workplace.
From blinking lights and pompom-adorned reindeer to sweaters featuring everything from Santa stuck in chimneys to dancing snowmen, BCT staff embraced the spirit of the season with enthusiasm and creativity. The contest brought together employees from the North, South, Holicong, and DART System terminals, proving that holiday fun knows no boundaries.
The friendly competition showcased the personalities behind BCT’s professional service. Drivers, dispatchers, customer service representatives, mechanics, and administrative staff all got into the festive spirit, transforming the workplace into a winter wonderland of intentionally questionable fashion choices.
Events like the Ugly Christmas Sweater Contest are more than just fun—they build camaraderie among team members who work tirelessly throughout the year to serve Bucks County residents. Taking a moment to celebrate together strengthens the bonds that make BCT such a close-knit organization.
The contest reminded everyone that while BCT takes its mission seriously, there’s always room for laughter, creativity, and a little holiday silliness. After all, the people who ensure safe, reliable transportation every single day deserve to celebrate the season in style—even if that style is delightfully ugly!
Congratulations to all participants for spreading Christmas cheer throughout BCT. May your sweaters be tacky and your Christmas be bright!
