Bucks County Transportation (BCT) is excited to showcase some of our long-standing employees and what they love about working at the organization.
We’ve recently added six new staff testimonial videos to our website’s news section, giving the public an inside look at the positive workplace culture and rewarding experiences of being part of the BCT team.
“As a growing non-profit focused on serving our local community, retaining talented, dedicated staff is critical to our success,” said BCT’s HR Manager “We’re fortunate to have such an incredible group of employees who have been with us for years and are passionate about our mission.”
The testimonial videos feature BCT staff members with tenures ranging from 1 to 36 years, including drivers, dispatchers, and the reservations manager. In their own words, they describe the supportive environment and sense of purpose they’ve found at BCT.
“I love that everyone on our team – from dispatch to the front office – works together to support the drivers and ensure our clients receive the best service,” shares Nikki, a Dispatch Scheduler with 5 years at BCT. “We’re all driven by the same goal of making a difference in people’s lives.”
Ellen, the Reservations Manager with 19 years of experience, adds, “It’s so rewarding to interact with our clients daily and make sure they can easily book the rides they need. Knowing I’m helping improve their independence and quality of life is what keeps me passionate about my work.”
The videos highlight BCT’s commitment to employee development, with several staff members discussing the opportunities they’ve had to grow and take on new responsibilities over the years.
