Warminster, PA – On Tuesday, October 10, 2023, Bucks County Transport (BCT) embarked on a meaningful journey to Heartis Assisted Living in Warminster, PA. With the dedicated efforts of our Office Manager, Lisa Triolo, and our Reservations Manager, Ellen Melson, BCT reached out to share information about our services, assist seniors with the application process, and address their questions.

BCT’s team was readily available to provide answers to all the questions that arose during our visit. From queries about eligibility requirements to inquiries about scheduling and the destinations we serve, we left no stone unturned. Our goal was to ensure that every resident at Heartis Assisted Living had a clear understanding of how BCT can make their lives easier through reliable and accessible transportation. In addition to providing information, Lisa and Ellen assisted residents with the application process, making it easier for seniors to access our services.
