Bucks County Transport’s Customer Service & Administrative Manager, Lisa Lange, represented BCT at the Bucks County Case Manager Training Initiative (CMTI) Spring Resource Day on Monday, May 6th. The event was held at Makefield Crossing South Conference Room in Yardley, PA, and was hosted by Leah Chapman from Magellan Behavioral Health and Tina Mammone from CHIPP Services.
This marks BCT’s third time participating in this valuable training event, which provides an excellent opportunity for our team to connect directly with case managers throughout the county. During the session, Lisa shared information about BCT’s transportation services, with special emphasis on the Medical Assistance Transportation Program (MATP).
“The Spring Resource Day was well-attended with great discussion and many questions from the case managers,” said Lange. “These events allow us to clarify how our services work and address specific concerns case managers might have when helping their clients access transportation.”
The interactive format enabled case managers to learn more about eligibility requirements, scheduling procedures, and other important aspects of BCT’s services. This knowledge helps ensure that vulnerable community members can access the transportation they need for medical appointments and other essential services.
BCT looks forward to returning for the fall session to continue building these important relationships with case managers across Bucks County.
