Bucks County Transport is pleased to announce the promotion of Lisa Lange to Customer Service & Administrative Manager, which went into effect at the end of 2024. In this expanded role, Lisa oversees the Reservations Department while continuing to manage office operations and community outreach initiatives.
Since joining BCT two years ago, Lisa has played a vital role in enhancing our community engagement and streamlining administrative operations. Her expertise in system management and commitment to customer service excellence have contributed significantly to BCT’s mission of providing reliable, accessible transportation to our community.
As Customer Service & Administrative Manager, Lisa will focus on optimizing customer service delivery, implementing new technology solutions, and strengthening BCT’s community partnerships. She will continue to lead BCT’s outreach efforts while taking on the additional responsibility of supervising the Reservations Department.
